How orders ship

Once your inquiry is confirmed, orders are fulfilled through our licensed distribution partner and ship cold-chain in insulated packaging. Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days of confirmation.

Storage at home

Vials arrive ready to use, with no mixing needed. Keep them refrigerated, and avoid freezing and direct light. Your care team will tell you how long your vial stays good once opened.

If something arrives wrong

Damaged vial, warm pack, missing item — message us with a photo and we make it right with a replacement shipment. No forms, no friction.
